  • Redesigned a modular stormwater system (tested to 70 tons, filtration to 110 mm) and supported client presentations and simulations.

  • This is a durability-first stormwater management concept built around real failure modes. I approached it as an infrastructure problem where robustness and service life matter more than visual styling. I looked at issues like clogging, debris, maintenance burden, and how systems behave under heavy flows.

  • The goal was to define a system that can keep working when conditions get ugly, because that’s exactly when cities need it most.

  • Launched the “Billion Battles” game via Kickstarter (150% funded in 3 days, shipped to 20+ countries) while owning product, marketing, and community.

  • Led “SteamBox+” self-heating lunchbox redesign, improving steam performance and cook speed and securing adoption into the product line.

  • The core idea was to improve how steam reaches the food so heating becomes more uniform, not bottom-heavy. That pushes you into material thinking, geometry, sealing, cleaning, and manufacturability, because a lunchbox has to survive daily life.

  • I developed the product as a coherent concept with a clear user benefit: hot food anywhere with fewer “cold spots” and less fuss. Alongside the technical direction, I built the narrative so stakeholders can understand why the change matters and how it could be implemented.

  • Created a stretchable red-light therapy sports sleeve with a pattern that increased stretchability by 150% and delivered packaging and expo assets.

  • This concept explored how to integrate LEDs into a wearable sleeve that can stretch without breaking comfort or functionality. The real design problem was managing conflicts: stretchability wants loose structures, electronics want stability, and skin comfort wants softness and low profile.

  • I focused on material and layout logic: how LEDs are placed, how connections survive movement, and how the sleeve stays comfortable while still putting light where it needs to be. It was hands-on experimentation, not just screen design, because you only learn what fails when you stretch it, wear it, and test it.

  • This project was about designing an outdoor game for kids with a clear, repeatable play loop. I helped shape the concept into something playable by defining rules, components, and the way the game teaches itself. When the user is a child, confusion kills the experience instantly, so simplicity and clarity were not optional.

  • We moved beyond “cool idea” by prototyping and testing. That process forced us to remove anything that slowed the game down and keep only what created fun decisions. I contributed through ideation, sketching, and the communication assets that explained the game quickly.

Proficient in Graphic Design, I added Web Design to my repertoire, mastering tools like WordPress, Figma, and Framer, and coding tools including HTML, CSS and JavaScript. As a freelancer, I created unique digital products for diverse clients such as Abakus School, Cohen Yoga, Ken Asia, and BekFlip Games As my skills progressed, I founded Pratov Design Studio, catering to a wider range of clients.

January 2020 - June 2020

"Ai Kak Prosto" is a large media resource that publishes tech news and reviews on the newest devices. My role was making realistic concepts of future or upcoming smartphones of top-tier companies, namely Xiaomi, Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, etc. My works were used by the worldwide tech press in their articles and by popular YouTube creators in their videos.

September 2018 - May 2022

As a promotion designer and manager at Abakus School, I created advertisement posters and banners for courses and season sales. I also managed digital advertisements by designing posts for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This job improved my digital promotion skills and helped me better understand the human-centered approach.

January 2016 - February 2022

As the head graphic designer at Goodbrelok web store, I oversaw various projects including book illustrations and story-writing, designing board games like Gravity Falls Monopoly and Steven Universe Clash Game, creating prints for official Warner Brothers products, managing promotion plans, and designing ad materials. My experience taught me valuable communication, organization, and time management skills. I take great pride in my contributions and cherish the fulfilling experience gained during my tenure at Goodbrelok.

February 2015 - December 2015

My design career started as a comic book letterer. My job involved removing original text and replacing it with stylized text in a different language, the process is part of localization or translation for the comic book industry. This requires a blend of skills in typography, graphic design, and language translation to ensure that the new text matches the style and space constraints of the original artwork. Our team has published several popular comic books. This experience allowed me to begin my journey in graphic design and learn essential digital tools like Photoshop.
