PackPerks: Reusable Cup Rewards Dashboard

PackPerks: Reusable Cup Rewards Dashboard

PackPerks extends Burger King SmartBin return flow from a one-time deposit refund into an app-free loyalty loop. The core problem was that users could return a cup and get reimbursed, but had no strong reason to come back, track progress or choose rewards. I explored reward concepts, tested QR versus NFC, mapped user trust issues and designed a QSR-focused web app and dashboard around clear rewards, cup progress, direct-refund fallback and measurable return behaviour.

B2B Operations Dashboard with AI Insights

B2B Operations Dashboard with AI Insights

bol.com sellers face repeated compliance work because the same manufacturer, document and safety data is often entered product by product. I mapped this as a data-model problem, then designed a supplier-facing compliance workspace around reusable data tiers, AI-assisted prefill and clear task flows. The final concept included a dashboard, saved-data library, product compliance pages, conflict resolution and submission tracking.

Billion Battles: RPG Card Game

Billion Battles: RPG Card Game

Card games tend to feel too complex for casual play or too shallow for serious players. As founder of BekFlip Games, I designed Billion Battles end-to-end: rules, mechanics, artwork, packaging, and the Kickstarter campaign. A fast-paced RPG card game balancing combat with deck-building, packaged for global shipping. 150% funded on Kickstarter in 3 days, shipped to 20+ countries, earned 'Project We Love' status, and validated demand with 100+ backers as a solo founder.

Amazonia: Bilingual Research Hub

Amazonia: Bilingual Research Hub

Researcher and founder Luciana Duarte needed a bilingual portfolio and research hub to communicate her work on sustainable fashion and Amazonian value chains to journalists, companies, and academics. Over a year, I built a bold, editorial web experience with rainforest-referencing typography and structured sections for consultancy, press, publications, blog, and a PhD-thesis countdown. A living platform balancing activist messaging with editorial clarity. Launched and active.

Digital+ App: Parenting Journey Redesign

Digital+ App: Parenting Journey Redesign

Philips' Digital+ app for expectant parents had inconsistent UI, fragmented flows, and no shared visual language. With developers and senior UX designers, I ran user testing, stakeholder interviews, wireframes, and prototype iterations. A coherent component system, clearer hierarchy, and refined visual quality across the experience. 178% higher user satisfaction in Philips' official usability tests; three redesigned ad placements now programmed for launch.

Terra Weather: Living 3D Forecast

Terra Weather: Living 3D Forecast

Most weather apps reduce conditions to dry numbers. I designed and self-coded Terra Weather: a forecast experience driven by a dynamic 3D city diorama that reacts to real conditions (rain, snow, wind, time of day). Built the interface, visuals, and the logic translating forecast data into a living scene. Launching on App Store — demonstrates end-to-end product and engineering capability.

DoubleCheck: Scam Detection Assistant

DoubleCheck: Scam Detection Assistant

Most people can't tell a scam apart from a legitimate message before clicking, paying, or sharing info. I designed DoubleCheck, a scam-detection assistant that scores manipulation language, identity mismatches, payment patterns, and link cues, then explains why each is suspicious. An app that teaches users to recognize the pattern, instead of giving a binary 'scam' or 'safe' verdict. Waitlist active; users build their own pattern recognition over time.

ReBalans: Salon Booking System

ReBalans: Salon Booking System

A massage practice in The Hague was juggling fragmented bookings, no clear identity, and disconnected client communication. I designed a new visual identity and logo, then built a SimplyBook-integrated digital booking system with cross-treatment booking, multi-language support, and Google Maps and Calendar integration. A single touchpoint where clients book, the salon manages capacity, and the brand reads as professional. Replaced scattered admin with a smooth, owner-operated system.

MRKT: Trading Website Experience Redesign

MRKT: Trading Website Experience Redesign

MRKT originally used a template-style landing page with repetitive sections, weak hierarchy and popup-heavy flows that created friction before users could understand the actual SaaS value. I analysed competitor platforms, user attention flow and CTA blockers, then rebuilt the experience around clearer messaging, faster scanning and feature-focused sections. The redesigned website now explains the platform’s AI trading tools directly through the interface and guides users toward the core product more clearly.

Miro: Sharing Flow Redesign

Miro sharing is powerful, but permission, scope and link type were compressed into one modal, making access outcomes hard to predict. I analysed user feedback, Miro’s own access rules and the current sharing flow, then redesigned the experience around three clearer decisions: permission, scope and access route. The concept makes access levels visible, separates link types and moves board access into progressive disclosure to reduce ambiguity without reducing product capability.
