Partner-Facing
Digital+ team produces ad assets for 10+ partner brands (Adidas, Babylist, Bayer, HelloFresh, Amazon) and the existing process was manual, slow, and inconsistent across partners. I rebuilt the production pipeline end-to-end: an asset-generation tool, the design system documentation, and the partner-logo library that ties them together.
The result is a self-service tool that lets non-designers produce on-brand assets without a designer in the loop. Single-asset production dropped 95%; team ad output tripled. First three redesigned ad placements are now in production at Philips. Built: Frozone tool, MockUps Maker, AdWise+ Guidebook, partner-logo library.

PackPerks' reusable-cup program at Burger King needed two products in parallel: a frictionless customer experience for cup returns and rewards, and a B2B operator system that store managers could actually run without design or engineering support. I designed and built both.
The customer app handles photo-verified returns, reward progress, and IBAN-validated cashback - no download, no sign-up. The operator dashboard is where the real B2B work lives: six live KPI cards with drill-down, a scan review queue, claims management for payout approval, configurable rates, feature flags, and a draft-publish config model so no change goes live until the operator is ready.

Weather apps show the right data in the wrong form: rows of numbers users have to interpret before they can decide anything. The actual question is simpler — should I leave now or wait? Terra is built around that question. A live 3D city diorama reacts to real conditions, and a decision engine surfaces one recommendation in plain language.
Underneath sits a trust layer that distinguishes high-certainty forecasts from uncertain ones, so users know whether to plan around the prediction or leave margin. AI generates the per-location dioramas, adapts weather-to-scene translations, and produces short summaries instead of raw metric strings.

Problem: The L'OR Barista line needed a more compact, sustainable double-capsule machine for space-constrained European kitchens. Process: I contributed to industrial design and engineering, prototyping in 3D CAD and exploring colors, materials, and finishes within manufacturing and sustainability constraints. Solution: A machine just 8 cm wide, the thinnest in its class, built with 80% reused parts from existing platforms. Impact: launched as the L'OR Barista Petite, now available across Europe.

Problem: Cities increasingly face flooding, debris-clogged drainage, and crushed-pipe failures from heavy rainfall and modern urban loads. Process: I redesigned a modular stormwater management system focused on durability, maintenance, and failure modes, validated through engineering review and load simulation. Solution: A modular system that withstands 70 tons of load and filters rainfall up to 110 mm/hour. Impact: robust infrastructure designed for the exact conditions cities need it for.

The original SteamBox lunchbox heated unevenly, leaving cold spots that frustrated daily users. I redesigned the inner container to improve steam circulation, using a gas-permeable, waterproof material and reworked geometry. Built CAD prototypes, ran client presentations, and tested the design through 3D-printed iterations. Impact: improved steam permeability by 70%, achieving more uniform heating and a stronger user experience for hot food on the go.

Red Light Strip - LED Therapy Wearable

Combining LED light therapy with athletic wear meant solving a contradiction: stretchability wants loose structures, electronics want stability, comfort wants softness. I researched materials and designed a custom stretch pattern, integrating LEDs, conductive threads, and Arduino Lilypad into a wearable sleeve. Hands-on prototyping and stretch testing drove the design. Impact: achieved +150% stretchability while keeping LEDs functional, packaged as an expo-ready wearable concept.

Pals & Palms - Outdoor Kids Game

Designing a kids' outdoor game requires removing every layer of confusion — children disengage instantly when rules feel unclear. In a university–BS Toys collaboration, I designed Pals & Palms, a pirate-themed outdoor game with simple rules, repeatable play loops, and self-teaching mechanics. I led ideation, prototyping, packaging, and presentation. Impact: won #1 Product at the IDE Expo and was selected by BS Toys for further consideration.
