PackPerks extends Burger King SmartBin return flow from a one-time deposit refund into an app-free loyalty loop. The core problem was that users could return a cup and get reimbursed, but had no strong reason to come back, track progress or choose rewards. I explored reward concepts, tested QR versus NFC, mapped user trust issues and designed a QSR-focused web app and dashboard around clear rewards, cup progress, direct-refund fallback and measurable return behaviour.

bol.com sellers face repeated compliance work because the same manufacturer, document and safety data is often entered product by product. I mapped this as a data-model problem, then designed a supplier-facing compliance workspace around reusable data tiers, AI-assisted prefill and clear task flows. The final concept included a dashboard, saved-data library, product compliance pages, conflict resolution and submission tracking.

Over a year, I built a bold, editorial web experience with rainforest-referencing typography and structured sections for consultancy, press, publications, blog, and a PhD-thesis countdown. Philips' Digital+ app for expectant parents had inconsistent UI, fragmented flows, and no shared visual language. With developers and senior UX designers, I ran user testing, stakeholder interviews, wireframes, and prototype iterations. A coherent component system, clearer hierarchy, and refined visual quality across the experience. 178% higher user satisfaction in Philips' official usability tests; three redesigned ad placements now programmed for launch.

Most weather apps reduce conditions to dry numbers. I designed and self-coded Terra Weather: a forecast experience driven by a dynamic 3D city diorama that reacts to real conditions (rain, snow, wind, time of day). Built the interface, visuals, and the logic translating forecast data into a living scene. Launching on App Store — demonstrates end-to-end product and engineering capability.
